For artists
You make the work. We make sure it runs as a business.
In Switzerland an artist is also a business: it invoices, it declares, and it needs to be found. We bring together in one place everything your work needs in order to be seen, sold and paid for.
- Music and DJ
- Visual arts
- Tattoo
- Photography
- Dance and theatre
- Design and craft
01 · Portfolio
A portfolio worthy of the work.
Whoever books you looks at your site for thirty seconds and decides. If your pieces look small, load slowly or get cropped on a phone, the decision is already made.
- Your pieces large and at full quality, loading instantly
- Series, projects or repertoire, ordered the way you tell them
- Video and audio built in, without depending on someone else's host
- The languages your audience needs, included
- Your own domain: your name in the address bar
02 · Selling
Sell your work with nobody in between.
Originals, prints, records, merch or tickets. The shop is yours and so is the customer: you know who buys from you, and you can speak to them again.
- Card or TWINT payments, straight into your account
- No percentages per sale: you take the full amount
- Limited editions, numbered and with stock control
- Shipping and costs calculated, not improvised
- An automatic Swiss invoice for every order
- Your buyer list belongs to you, not to a third party
03 · Diary
An open diary, with no phone calls.
Tattoo sittings, classes, rehearsals, photo shoots or gigs. Bookings land on their own and you decide which slots you open.
In full
Every booking lands whole in your till
What you charge for a session is what you take home. No percentages per booking and nobody standing between your work and your account.
Yours
The customer and their details are yours
Their record, history and contact stay in your system, so you can write to them when you open dates, release new work or move studio.
No gaps
Fewer no-shows, fewer phone calls
Automatic reminders before every appointment, and a deposit up front if that is how you work. You decide which hours you open.
04 · Dossier
Dossier and press kit, ready to send.
Every open call, gallery, venue or festival asks for the same things, always in a hurry. Prepared once, sent in a minute.
- Short and long biography, written to be read
- Track record, awards and collaborations in order
- Images in high and low resolution, with their credits
- Rider, repertoire or tech sheet, if your discipline needs one
- In three languages, as a PDF and as a web page with a link
- Updated without rebuilding the whole thing
05 · Brand
Your name, turned into a brand.
This is not about sticking a logo on you. It is about a poster, a cover and your Instagram being recognisable as yours before anyone reads the name.
- Signature or logo, in vector and yours for good
- Colours and typefaces that survive both poster and screen
- Posters, covers and catalogues in the same voice
- Templates for your channels, so you post without designing
- A short manual, so it does not fall apart in six months
06 · Paperwork
The Swiss paperwork, handled.
The part nobody taught you, and the one that can cost you dearly. Being an artist here also means running a company; we carry that half.
- Registering as an Einzelfirma and the first formalities
- Swiss QR invoices, paid in two taps
- VAT when it applies, and not a moment sooner
- Expenses and receipts kept as the law requires
- Bookkeeping up to date, without a shoebox of receipts in December
- All in the same system as the diary and the shop
The admin side runs on Ritual ERP, the software we build ourselves. If something is missing, there is no supplier to wait for: we build it.

Frequently asked
What people ask us.
I'm an artist, not a business. Is this for me?
That is exactly the point. In Switzerland, as soon as you are paid regularly for your work you are an economic activity: you invoice, you declare and you have to keep books.
You do not need to become an accountant. You need someone to carry that half while you make the work.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you actually need, and it is almost never everything at once. Tell us what you do and within 24 to 48 hours you get a written proposal with a fixed price, starting with whatever is missing most.
What you do not need yet, we will tell you too.
Why would I want my own diary?
So that every booking lands whole in your till and the customer is yours: their record, history and contact stay in your system, which means you can write to them when you open dates or release new work.
And because it cuts no-shows: reminders go out on their own, and if you work with a deposit it is taken at the moment of booking.
Can I sell my work without registering?
You can sell, but if you do it regularly it counts as an economic activity and has to be declared. The clean way is to register as an Einzelfirma — quick and cheap — and invoice properly from the start. We do that too.
I have a small budget. Where do I start?
With whatever earns you money soonest. In almost every case: a decent portfolio and a way to be booked without phone calls. The rest can wait, and we will say so even when it means selling you less.
