Content

Show the value of your business with professional content.

The copy on your website, the photos of your work and the design of your ads: everything people look at before choosing you.

The basics

What is content — and why does it matter?

Content is everything your business shows: the copy on your website, the photos of your premises and your work, the design of your ads and posts. It is what people look at before deciding — and it is immediately obvious when it was made with care and when it was not.

One of our rules: no stock photos. A staged picture of smiling people in hard hats convinces nobody. Six real photos of your premises, your hands and your team, in good light, are worth more than any backdrop.

Same with the copy: no jargon, the words your customers use, and the languages your business needs.

Frequently asked

What we get asked.

Why no stock photos?

Because people recognise them instantly and they cost you trust. Six real photos of your premises, your hands and your team, well shot and in good light, convince more than any rented backdrop.

Do you make logos?

Yes: a logo and a basic identity — colours, typography, business card — so you start with a serious image. If you already have a logo, we work with it and apply it consistently.

Which languages do you write in?

English, German and Spanish — plus French and Italian when your website needs them. Important texts go through native review.

Is the material mine?

Yes. Copy, photos and designs stay with you, with their original files, to use wherever you want.

Scope agreed in writing

Deliverables depend on the selected level. Before commissioning, the proposal specifies initial costs, recurring fees, renewals, taxes, external costs, languages, materials you supply, revisions and timing. Extensions are quoted separately before implementation. Work starts according to the agreed approval, payment and material requirements.

Your project and its continuity

The proposal identifies domain and account ownership, deliverable files and exit arrangements. Website delivery does not transfer ownership of Ritual ERP source code or third-party licences. Integration costs, data export and service dependencies are specified separately.
