Community management

Keep your community active and look after every conversation.

Someone who posts, replies and cares for your reviews every week, in your voice — while you work.

The basics

What does a community manager do?

Social channels and reviews are conversations, and conversations need attention: posting regularly, answering whoever asks, thanking the good reviews and replying calmly to the bad ones.

That is community management: someone who looks after your presence every week, with your voice and your judgement, while you run the business. It is not "being on every channel": it is being good on the ones your customers use.

Every month you get a clear report: what was published, which conversations happened and what they brought. Results you can measure, not feelings.

Frequently asked

What we get asked.

Which channels do I need to be on?

The ones your customers use — not all of them. For most local businesses, one or two well-kept channels plus the Google profile are enough. An abandoned profile hurts more than not having one.

Do you reply, or do I?

As you prefer: we can reply in your voice and pass you only the delicate cases, or prepare replies for you to send yourself. We define it at the start, in writing.

How often should I post?

Less than you would think: one good piece a week beats daily noise. Consistency matters more than volume.

What happens with a bad review?

It always gets a reply, calm and with a solution. A composed answer in front of everyone is worth more than ten stars: it shows how you treat people when something goes wrong.
